I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Rod, Dave, and the whole MBA family. You guys have been a blessing to both my son Bo Calhoun, and myself, for your help in his athletic endeavors. We could not have done it without you. Once again, thank you!!
Latanja Calhoun

The MBA program has pushed my son to new limits. I saw him grow as a player and as a teammate. The structure and the philosophy that he learned will only make him better as he grows as a player. This is the best basketball experience a parent can provide for their child.
Garrott Ott-Large
4th grade MBA

The knowledge that he received from Rod, Coach Kreuger is second to none. My nephew realized how much there is to know about the game of basketball. How to push yourself, when you think you can not go anymore. By far the best experience in basketball that he has ever seen. His hard work will pay off when the high school season starts. Would recommend the MBA program to anyone.

Rod,
Last week Tyler attended the Butler Basketball Camp.  Coach Brad Stevens talked with Tyler about his skills and asked where and who he plays.   Tyler indicated that he plays for you in the MBA Select program in Mishawaka - and has for over four years.  Brad shared with Tyler that he knows of you and your program and complimented how well Tyler was doing.  On Friday, June 3 I attended the morning and afternoon basketball games.  Tyler's team was undefeated all week during games and won the championship on Friday afternoon.  I was proud of him as he hustled, handled the ball really well, rebounded, assisted other teammates and was making his shots.  He played point guard for his team and was performing well.

During the closing ceremonies, his team received medals as the tourney champs.  Then Coach Stevens recognized one player from each team to be considered for the Outstanding Player of the Week.  Tyler was his teams representative, then Tyler won the overall award.  He was handed a plaque from Coach Stevens.  Needless to say, I was proud of him but I could tell he was proud of himself and his play during the week.

Thank you for providing a program that helps young men and women excel in basketball.  Your program motto "Where Players are Made" is so true.  Also, congratulations to your 9th grade girls team on their 3rd place in Nationals.

Just wanted to share a success story with you.  have a great day!

Rod,

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciate the work, effort, time, energy and the "love of the game" that you have put into our son, Braxton.   Not only did you do all these things and more, but through your passion for the game, you have completely and unequivocally transformed our son forever.  As I have discussed with a few of the other parents on our team, there is absolutely no way to recreate the way that these boys are put through practice.  It is very obvious that if a player can do well through a season of practices at this level, he will be a better player.   One intangible that can also not be recreated, is your passion for the game of basketball and your passion for these boys to get better at basketball.

Our son is now "head to toe" in love with the game of basketball and completely in love with the idea of being the best that he can be.  He has learned to practice at higher levels and higher intensity to get the most out of every minute that he can, and he has learned that there is no substitute for working hard and being disciplined.  One of the quotes that is used around our house a lot is, "Everyone has the will to win, but few have the will to prepare to win.", we think that your program fits this statement to a "T".

In closing it is important to mention that Braxton has played hundreds and hundreds of travel ball games in various sports from New York to Nebraska and everywhere in between.  No program he has ever been in, will be as valuable as MBA was and is towards his athletic goals in High School and his dreams of playing College ball...and for this, we sincerely thank you for what you have done for our son and our family!
Ryan and Stacy Miller

Having the opportunity to play at MBA has helped me to challenge myself to work hard at all times, become more of a leader and assume the responsibilities of a true point guard. Which has made me a better basketball player.

Looking for your son/daughter to develop fundamentals, character, leadership skills, discipline and to play the game at the next level. Looking for your son/daughter to become educators of the game and to be the best they can be on and off of the basketball court. Looking for your son/daughter to develop the essential skills needed to advance in life. Connect your son/daughter with MBA. MBA has provided these things and much more for our son Todd Johnson. Todd is a sophomore at EMHS.

After coaching in the MBA Program for the past 9 years and traveling the country to play basketball at the highest level possible, this program is simply the best in the nation for kids who want to play college basketball at the next level.  No one works harder than MBA and no one teaches the basketball fundamentals like MBA.  My daughter Lily Svete  who started with MBA as a 10 year old will play basketball  for the Florida Gators and my son Leo has played with MBA since 4th grade, making the Varsity Summer Team as a freshman in 2009.  More importantly in the game of life, the MBA program teaches our kids the values, ethics and integrity of being in a special “MBA family” growing up with other fine young men.
Lee Svete

My son has been in the MBA program since the second grade.  He is now one of the best 7th graders in the area.  MBA is, by far, the best basketball program around.  The stuff my son has learned at MBA has not only helped him become the best basketball player he can be, but has also helped him grow into a fine young man.
Dave Miller

We travel over an hour to the MBA program from southwest Michigan. I coach and run a basketball program in Michigan the Utan tigers but feel the coaching and the overall basketball exposure the kids are receiving from Rod and Woody at MBA will really prepare the kids for any high school program.

Rod,
Our kids (Micaela & Matthew) have enjoyed being a part of MBA Select program for the past 3 years.  Both of their teams qualified for Nationals this year!  They both actually "love" coming to your practices, even though they are spent when they leave the gym!  The program that you have developed teaches kids to work hard, be disciplined and to play tough on the court, which pays off in game situations.  You are a great motivator, and really do a nice job of challenging players to play at a higher level.  Keep up the great work.
Tony & Janet Box

MBA is an extremely solid program. My son has been attending the training camps and playing in the travel program since the 4th grade. As a result of this he was able to break the 6th grade scoring record with a 16 point per game average. I credit MBA, Rod Creech and his awesome coaching staff for helping him achieve the success he has had and the success yet to come.  I know for sure that MBA prepares players to be winners!
Chris Zolman

Dear Rod and Andrew
Just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks.  Your slogan "MBA - Where Players are Made" is spot on with regards to Ryan's basketball development, from his improved skill level, increased basketball IQ, physical fitness to his increased leadership skills and personal confidence. We look forward to more of the same in the months and years ahead.  Thanks and see you soon.
Len and Deb Stachowski

MBA is the definition of dedication! "Hard work" is at the core of each player they produce, no matter what the level.
Nancy Mastagh

MBA has guided my daughter from rank amateur to part of an Indiana state championship team. We could not be more proud of the training/coaching and to have her part of this organization” ……
Ernie M.

This has been our daughters first year with MBA and it has been an incredible experience. It has given her great confidence to push herself even harder. We look forward to another exciting year.
Dawn Jarrett

We were very impressed by Rod and his team of coaches. They were organized,
hard-working and kept the kids focused in their practices and games. We saw our son's abilities as a player grow three-fold through the course of the season. I especially appreciated Rod's high energy and desire to win, but also his commitment to doing your best even if losing. A great program - worth every dollar we invested in our son!
Christopher Gill

MBA is THE place in the area for young players to get better! Rod and Andrew do a great job of working with kids, helping them to improve their game and become a better all around player. They know what they are doing! My son has been going to the clinics for two years, and with Rod and Andrew’s coaching, he has gotten much better, and he has become more dedicated to the game and his passion for it has increased! I have coached basketball for 15 years at the high school and middle school levels and a lot of MBA’s drills are ones that I have also used and recommend!
Bob Bilinski

The program at MBA is the best in the area. If you want to learn basketball, MBA is where you should be. Rod and Andrew are very technical teachers. They teach the fundamentals of the game. MBA teaches the kids about discipline, respect, and how to be a leader. My kids have learned basketball the only way I would want them to learn….the right way! My kid’s confidence and discipline in getting themselves organized in other aspects of her life is all a credit to the MBA program.
Lisa Reynolds

We entrusted our daughter to MBA because we saw a well-rounded intensive program that surrounded her with basketball skills and life-long lessons to be learned. It is a proven fact that those involved at MBA achieve and maintain strong GPAs, develop lasting friendships, and understand how to manage time and conflict…while working cooperatively. These are not side-effects of the program but are a direct result of the hard work and discipline learned at MBA.
Jeff Jankowski

Rod’s training has had a huge impact on my basketball career. Not only did his instruction and motivation provide me an opportunity to play division I basketball, but it also has been a blueprint for me professionally. I now use every one of his drills to successfully instruct kids in the Indianapolis area. If you are looking to take your game to the next level then training at MBA is a MUST.
Andrew White

MBA was right; it was all worth it, even a hundred times over. I was thinking, I know motivation is a key point in your speeches to kids. My daughter’s story is one that probably happens every day. If you ever have a high school kid who is about to give up, you can tell them you had a girl, who after 3 years of playing high school basketball, had zero varsity starts and 62 career points. You told us to come back to MBA and things would only get better. She came back to MBA, busted her butt, and her senior year she helped her team win a state championship. She was named Honorable mention all state and was chosen a top 40 senior out of 1500 seniors and was offered a full ride at a division II school. Thanks MBA and never give up!!
Mark Boyle

Rod Creech’s MBA programs are as good as any youth programs as I have seen in the Midwest. We encourage our High School basketball players to be as involved in any AAU or instructional programs that MBA offers. The thing that I think sets MBA apart from other programs is the energy and discipline that Rod and his staff demand in their programs. We always see improvement in our players after an extended period of time at MBA.
If I didn’t believe in MBA I certainly wouldn’t let my own elementary aged children grow up in the MBA instructional atmosphere. Our family is extremely grateful to the work that Rod, Andrew, Coach Johnson, and the rest of the staff at MBA do for our kids personally.

We are very fortunate to have people like Rod and Andrew teaching our kids the game of basketball in our community. Their dedication to the hundreds of young players is unmatched. Through their instruction over the years I have seen great strides in both physical skills and a greater mental understanding of the game with my son Denton. Keep up the good work guys.
Greg Gillis

MBA’S track record for developing players speaks for itself, but we have seen firsthand how much improvement our daughters have made by being part of the MBA program. No other program within a 100 miles comes close to what MBA has to offer aspiring basketball players. If you want to be the best basketball player you can be, you need to be part of Rod and Woody's programs as MBA
Jeff Buhr

MBA Select not only showed me what it takes to play at the next level, it provided me with the training programs, camps and clinics that helped me raise my game to where I could compete at the next level.

Our son has been involved in the MBA basketball program for the last 3 years. He started by playing on the 6th grade travel team, then we decided to begin training sessions with Rod Creech, and then add speed and agility training with Danita Creech. In the summer, he participated in the various day camps that MBA offered.

Our son has been on other travel teams, attended many camps all over the country, and attended training sessions with no less than four other highly respected basketball coaches in Northern Indiana. We have said and will continue to say that NO ONE teaches the game of basketball like Rod Creech. NO ONE cares about the development of young players like Rod Creech. NO ONE has broken the game down into such understandable terms and taught our son not only the HOW's but the WHY's like Rod.

Our high school varsity coach said this about Jake's knowledge of the game:
I have been very impressed with the level and advanced concept type basketball that you teach. I think you are extremely good at teaching the importance of thinking a couple passes ahead, understanding the proper angles for both cutting, passing and for defense. Reading all the nonverbal body signals that your teammates and opponents give off to give you that extra bit of an advantage on anticipating the next action. I watch Jake in open gym doing all these things extremely well. I know that neither I nor my middle staff have addressed these concepts with him to this point. Far too many good things go un-said and I think it is important to tell people they are doing a good job. I appreciate what you have done for Jake. I will not hesitate to recommend your intense sessions to future players.

We drive over an hour each way to participate in all that MBA has to offer because our son has a dream of playing college basketball, and we are convinced that Rod's knowledge and his highly effective teaching methods are the best resource we have found to help our son achieve that goal.

The MBA system is far from easy, physically and mentally, but if your son or daughter is serious about basketball, they don't want easy.
Mike and Kelly Thompson

I was looking for a challenging program to allow my son to compete on the next level. The MBA program at the ICE Facility provides the challenge, training and expertise my son will require to be competitive. The drill instruction, game preparation and personal training is very intense. My son has benefitted from the 4 hours of training each week and personal attention when participating in personal training sessions.
Mike Seger

The improvement in our kids since they have been in the program has been beyond our expectations. There is a process to what Rod and Woody do as we have seen new and more challenging skills introduced each year as the kids get older. Sticking with their plan gets you results!
Rich and Susan Carlton

My son Cortez Lee, has made a huge improvement since working with Rod and the MBA program. Now he thinks, talks and acts like a leader. Not only has his physical skills improved but his knowledge of the game has increased tremendously. The MBA program teaches the skills that are valuable for any serious basketball player. The basketball personal training sessions and practices are very intense and I know that my son will be pushed to his best. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable and inspirational that they teach the kids to be leaders on and off the court. I would recommend the MBA program to any serious player, regardless of size or position.
Linda Zuniga

There are MANY basketball programs in this area (I mean, we live in Indiana!), but NONE can compare to the fundamentals that are taught and instilled in each and every kid that chooses to apply what they've learned here! We have 4 kids that are all at different stages of the game, but we've seen over the years the development that can happen! Here at MBA you learn the game of basketball inside and out and the technique of skills that can set you apart from the rest! MBA and their coaching staff has helped our kids fuel their passion for the sport of basketball! We are very thankful for all they've done!
Spence and Peggy Lutz

MBA has made me the best basketball player that I can be. Rod and Woody push you to your limits and make you a stronger player every time you pick up a ball in their gym. In a way they have spoiled all of us players in the program by making us a step above all the rest. I have learned what it is going to take to get to the next level of competition and I cannot thank them enough.
Marisa Green

Rod & Woody,
I want to thank you for all you have done in helping Jonathan become the basketball player that he is today. The first two years with Woody were amazing. I had never seen anyone with such energy and a love for the game of basketball. The basic fundamentals taught in those first two years with Woody have been the cornerstone to Jonathan’s growth. Teaching him to learn to shoot with correct form, dribble with either hand and to not be right side dominant were very important to his growth as a basketball player.

The transition from Woody to Rod has taken Jonathan’s game to another level. Rod’s teaching of one on one moves is second to none in the Midwest. Jonathan knows moves as an incoming 8th grader that most high school kids don’t know. The continued emphasis in fundamentals is key as well. I know from completely changing my golf swing in my late twenties how important it is to learn the correct form when you are young. You both do a great job of that with the kids. The next level of growth that Rod is teaching now is the mental part of the game. We all know that most sports are at least 75% mental and the drills you are teaching now will help prepare Jonathan for high school and beyond. Thanks to your teaching Jonathan has achieved many things most people will never achieve. He has already won the IBA State 3-point contest for 7th graders at Spiece and was the second leading scorer on an Elkhart County Middle School All-Star team that finished fourth in the nation. Basketball can be a entry point to many exciting things in one’s life and you have put Jonathan in a position to enjoy many of things if he continues to work hard on his game.

I also want to thank you for the opportunity of coaching at the MBA level. You have and will continue to teach me parts of the game I could have never learned anywhere else.
Thanks again.
Les Wilkinson, President Comfort Carpets Inc.

If you want your child to have the opportunity to play against the best competition, if you want he or she to be challenged and to learn what it means to commit to something and see it through to the end, if you want them to learn how to stretch their own capabilities to the greatest extent possible, then MBA is what you’re looking for. The medium may be basketball, but the lessons learned apply just as well to life in general.
Tim Short

Rod and Andrew are exceptional leaders. Their guidance does not only direct the kids on the court, but off the court as well. I strongly recommend the MBA program to kids of all ages. My 3 year old can't wait to get a ball in his hands!
Lindsay and Dave Miller

Rod has high expectations for each and every one of its pupils. He has a knack for passing on his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the game. For those who are willing to make the commitment, he will most certainly take their game to another level.
Dave Mischler

MBA Select is the best program I have ever played for, but it would not have been the same without Coach Rod Creech. Whether we were practicing or playing a game, we were always required to go 110%. But, it was always fun. Coach Creech pushed me to be the best player I could be all the time. As long as you are not the type of player to give up, you and Coach Creech will get along. Overall, I loved the experience I have gained by playing in the MBA Select program.

MBA has become a way of life for our entire family. Our daughter has learned more then just the game of basketball. It has taught our daughter teamwork, discipline, respect and character, skills she will use her entire life. Nichole has made lifelong friends that she would have otherwise never met, she has had a world of opportunity open for her beyond basketball and high school that are priceless. The coaches through the years have been such an instrumental part of teaching, training and guiding our daughter and you cannot receive this through any league or school sport. Woody and Rod are two of the best role models you can expose your children to. Their dedication and compassion extend past teaching basketball and is more about changing the lives of young players. The commitment to every player that enters the gym is remarkable and unsurpassed. I cannot thank the MBA staff enough for all the hours that they have put into practice, clinics, private training and games.

My son has many places to play ball, but we drive over an hour to MBA because the program is by far the best training facility around. You feel a part of this elite training organization the moment you walk thru the door.
Karen Baker

Rod relates well to the players in his program and his enthusiasm and intensity is contagious, motivating them to focus on the fundamentals and improving their overall play. Thanks for everything!!!
Greg Schultheis

To Rod and Andrew,
We sat and watched and we all felt Hannah learned more on the first night about ball handling skills then she's learned the last 2 1/2 to 3 years of playing and she's a starter for both the traveling AYB team and her middle school team. Her coaches strongly suggested we get her in to your clinic/camps to help her make the jump to the next level. She had a great time and is very exited about this coming weekends camp.
Thanks again.
