DURING THE MBA SELECT SEASON DEVELOPING OUR PLAYERS BASKETBALL IQ AND FUNDAMENTAL SKILL PACKAGE IS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY !!! The MBA SELECT creed, "Where players are made" is very important to us. We will work hard to develop our home grown players so that in 8th grade, when our players are ready to transition into the high school game, they are prepared to compete. The area's that we expect our players to show growth in are: fundamental skills, basketball knowledge, work ethic, passion, competitiveness and leadership qualities. We talk about BEGINNING TO END! Our promise to our players and parents is that each player WILL DEVELOP from the beginning of the season to the end of the season, and that my friends is described as PLAYER DEVELOPMENT!!!
In order for these goals to be attained, we want players in the MBA SELECT program that enjoy working hard and are self motivator's. MBA SELECT wants players that are excited to come to practice and be the hardest worker on the floor EVERY DAY! Game day should be easy as it will be the reward of all the hard work that we put in at practice. Our MBA SELECT teams must develop a "TEAM" attitude, where "I" passes into "WE".....that kind of "Teammate Math" that says the more you divide of yourself, the more you multiply.
Our practices are the foundation of the MBA SELECT program. During practices at MBA our players will be put through some type of drill work that will improve upon our players individual skills. Also during our practices coaches will break down team concepts that will allow each player to learn the game and compete at the highest level possible. WE WILL NEVER JUST ROLL THE BALL OUT AND NOT TEACH!!!! The MBA creed has been and always will be, "WHERE PLAYERS ARE MADE".

QUOTES
I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Rod, Dave, and the whole MBA family. You guys have been a blessing to both my son Bo Calhoun, and myself, for your help in his athletic endeavors. We could not have done it without you. Once again, thank you!!

"Looking for your son/daughter to develop fundamentals, character, leadership skills, discipline and to play the game at the next level. Looking for your son/daughter to become educators of the game and to be the best they can be on and off of the basketball court. Looking for your son/daughter to develop the essential skills needed to advance in life." Connect your son/daughter with MBA. MBA has provided these things and much more for our son Todd Johnson. Todd is a sophomore at EMHS.

MBA Select is the best program I have ever played for, but it would not have been the same without Coach Rod Creech. Whether we were practicing or playing a game, we were always required to go 110%. But, it was always fun. Coach Creech pushed me to be the best player I could be all the time. As long as you are not the type of player to give up, you and Coach Creech will get along. Overall, I loved the experience I have gained by playing in the MBA Select program.

We were very impressed by Rod and his team of coaches. They were organized,
hard-working and kept the kids focused in their practices and games. We saw our son's abilities as a player grow three-fold through the course of the season. I especially appreciated Rod's high energy and desire to win, but also his commitment to doing your best even if losing. A great program - worth every dollar we invested in our son!

The MBA program has pushed my son to new limits. I saw him grow as a player and as a teammate. The structure and the philosophy that he learned will only make him better as he grows as a player. This is the best basketball experience a parent can provide for their child.

The knowledge that he received from Rod, Coach Kreuger is second to none. My nephew realized how much there is to know about the game of basketball. How to push yourself, when you think you can not go anymore. By far the best experience in basketball that he has ever seen. His hard work will pay off when the high school season starts. Would recommend the MBA program to anyone.
