In our intensive team training sessions the MBA staff will take the players through intense training drills that are focused on fundamental skill development in all phases of the game.  Along with drill work the MBA staff will work on helping teams understand the importance of brining team energy and leadership to each workout.  This aspect of the game is as important as anything we can do on the floor.  We often see a lot of great players that play on teams, but we don’t see enough great teams playing together as one for the success of the program! 

These workouts are designed for middle school and high school teams, boys and girls, wanting to see there players take the game to a different level.  The MBA instructors demand that all players perform the drills to fundamental perfection and that the team brings positive energy to each and every workout.  Coaches input will be important for the MBA staff in developing the workout itinerary.   We want the players developing individual skills that are going to help both the team and the individual improve!!
